To use SellerCockpit, you must create an account and agree to the following:

Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Company Accounts

• Company accounts can have multiple users with different permission levels
• The account owner is responsible for managing user access and permissions
• The account owner is liable for all activity by team members

You agree to use SellerCockpit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Uses

• Manage your customer relationships and sales pipeline
• Store and track customer contact information
• Communicate with customers via the integrated tools
• Automate your sales workflows and processes

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Pricing

• Current pricing is available on our Pricing page
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Billing Terms

• Free Trial: 14-day trial with full access to all features, no credit card required
• Subscription Plans: Billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payment Method: Valid credit card or payment method required for paid plans
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Refunds & Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days
• Free trial cancellations incur no charges

Failed Payments

• We will attempt to process failed payments multiple times
• Your account may be suspended if payment fails after retry attempts
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

Our Intellectual Property

SellerCockpit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SellerCockpit and are protected by:

• International copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other intellectual property laws

Your Data and Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service
• License: By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data to provide the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SellerCockpit be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may suspend the Service for maintenance with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time via account settings
• Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay fees when due
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will be terminated immediately
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
• You may request a data export before termination (see Privacy Policy)

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where SellerCockpit is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we agree to mediation before litigation
