SellerCockpit provides powerful contact and organization management features.

Contacts

Creating Contacts

Add contacts manually or import from CSV:

  1. Click “New Contact” button
  2. Fill in contact details
  3. Link to an organization (optional)
  4. Save

Contact Fields

Each contact can have:

  • Basic Info: Name, job title, department
  • Contact Methods: Multiple emails and phone numbers
  • Social Profiles: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, GitHub
  • Relationships: Linked organization
  • Custom Data: Tags, notes, custom fields

Contact Actions

  • Call: Make VoIP calls directly from contact page
  • Email: Send emails (requires email sync setup)
  • Add Activity: Log calls, meetings, notes
  • Create Deal: Start a new sales opportunity
